We are seeking a skilled Transaction Manager to assist our real estate team in the Main Line to Jersey Shore area. You will oversee the processing of buyer and seller transactions from contract execution to closing, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Oversight: Manage all aspects of transactions from contract execution to closing, including coordination of inspections, repairs, and escrow documentation.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure listings and contracts comply with industry regulations, handling all compliance-related tasks through contract-to-close.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, and service providers, providing regular updates and prompt problem resolution.

Qualifications: Previous experience in transaction management, real estate, titles, or mortgages is highly valued. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college experience preferred.

Estimated Salary:** $20 - $22 hourly
