Become a key member of Bryn Mawr College's leadership team as VP of Philanthropy and Partnerships This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $130,000-$160,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of philanthropy, including major gifts, planned giving, special events, corporate sponsorships, capital campaigns, endowments, and other fundraising strategies. You will work closely with the President/CEO and the Board of Directors to develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet annual goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key constituents, including alumni, parents, and friends of the college
  • Oversee the development and execution of fundraising campaigns and events
  • Work closely with the Institutional Advancement team to ensure alignment with the college's overall mission and vision
