Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our karting team at Motorsport UK, supporting the administration, governance, and growth of karting in the UK. The successful candidate will contribute to the long-term sustainability of the discipline while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Karting Administration: Assist with the compilation, review, publication, and updates of the Karting Yearbook and National Competition Rules (NCR). Manage karting championship and club renewals, including regulatory reviews.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide high-quality customer service to the karting community. Monitor karting-related queries and ensure timely responses.
  • Event Support: Attend karting events occasionally to support operations and observe practices. Work across departments to assist in planning and delivering karting officials' seminars, webinars, and training sessions.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Organisational skills, communication skills, technical skills, customer service orientation, attention to detail, team collaboration, and knowledge of karting and motorsport.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Opportunities for professional development and further training. Flexibility to travel to and from Motorsport UK offices as required.
