Job Summary

Michael Page (UK) is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the accounts receivable team, ensuring accurate financial records and timely payment processing.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to take on a challenging role in accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar accounting role, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage bank reconciliations, receipts, and refunds
  • Liaise with customers regarding account inquiries and issues
  • Set up and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Provide support to the credit controller and assist with day-to-day operations
  • Issue bills and invoices, chase payments, and send statements to customers

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar accounting role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • A flexible approach to teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate availability
