About the Opportunity

Motorsport UK is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join their Karting Department as a UK Karting Team Assistant. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the administration, governance, and growth of karting in the UK.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. They will be responsible for administrative tasks such as managing championship renewals, updating regulatory documents, and maintaining databases, as well as providing high-quality customer service to the karting community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage championship and club renewals, update regulatory documents, and maintain databases.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to the karting community, monitor inquiries, and respond promptly.
  • Coordination and Meeting Support: Schedule meetings, take minutes, and circulate summaries.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and delivering karting officials' seminars, webinars, and training sessions.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
