About the Role
As a Sporting Operations Coordinator at Motorsport UK, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the administration, governance, and growth of karting in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the discipline while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks such as managing championship renewals, updating regulatory documents, and maintaining databases. Additionally, they will provide high-quality customer service to the karting community, monitor inquiries, and collaborate across departments to meet project deadlines.
This role also involves coordination and meeting support, event planning, and process development and improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, effective communication, and technical skills, with a passion for motorsport and experience in karting or event management.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage championship and club renewals, update regulatory documents, and maintain databases.
- Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to the karting community, monitor inquiries, and respond promptly.
- Coordination and Meeting Support: Schedule meetings, take minutes, and circulate summaries.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and delivering karting officials' seminars, webinars, and training sessions.
- Process Development and Improvement: Standardise logistical and organisational processes within karting.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
