Coordinate Supply Chain Success

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Bicester. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for monitoring operational and general business KPI's and driving improvements in methods, procedures, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor operational and general business KPI's, ensuring they are met and improved upon
  • Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Bid on and deliver excellent customer service while working within budgetary constraints
  • Continually review all aspects of the operation and drive improvements in methods, procedures, and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Financial and strategic management experience
  • A strong understanding of Health & Safety at work
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and deal with conflict successfully
  • Commercial awareness and a drive for continuous improvement

Benefits:

  • An estimated salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • 26 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
