As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Surveyors and Directors, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office and commercial projects. Your duties will include managing photocopying, printing, and maintaining office printers, handling CAD printing using the office plotter, and organizing storage rooms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative procedures, excellent organizational skills, and a positive attitude. You will also have the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
The estimated salary for this role is approximately £21,800 per annum, which includes benefits such as 23 days annual leave, rising to 28 days with service, plus bank holidays, free parking, pension contributions, life assurance, and EAP assistance.
