We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Griffin Mill. This position offers the opportunity to work in a busy, multi-franchise dealership environment and develop skills in stock management, logistics, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual handling of stock, including stock control and daily stock checking
  • Use of specialist computer systems for stock management and parts identification
  • Logistics, including timely parts arrivals and delivery times
  • Interaction with trade and retail customers on a daily basis
  • Working closely with vehicle sales and service departments
  • General housekeeping as required

You will work with customers and workshop staff, using computerised stock management systems and parts identification programmes. You will be responsible for invoicing and orders, while developing an all-round knowledge of motor vehicles.

This role is ideal for someone interested in sales and working with computers, as a Parts Advisor plays a key role in generating new business within a dealership. You will be expected to remain focused on the brands and their values, exceeding customer expectations and delivering high-quality service.

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar position and a strong understanding of motor vehicles.
