**Role responsibilities**

The Supply Chain Advisor will support the promotion and execution of robust supply chain management processes and procedures across TfW by providing support to internal stakeholders and contributing to the ongoing management of suppliers to ensure that potential and actual risk is identified and suppliers are being managed effectively.
- Provide day to day supply chain administration by inputting and maintaining data accuracy through the use of Power BI and other data capture sources to ensure the team has all the appropriate data required to support and enable informed decisions.
- Supporting the classification of suppliers by reviewing risk vs influence to understand which suppliers require closer observation and management.
- Respond to supply chain queries from contract owners by providing advice relating to supply chain management activities and support for performance issues with suppliers to ensure appropriate resolution and actions are aligned to the strategic objectives of the business or project.
- Draft supplier performance scorecards using the TfW supplier performance framework and by liaising with contract owners to identify and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including 360-degree scorecards and measurables that are reviewed by the Supply Chain Manager to ensure TfW manages the performance of the supply chain and ourselves.

**Who we’re looking for**
- Experience of working in a Supply Chain Management role.
- Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively with a variety of parties to deliver a range of business outcomes.
- Ability to present and explain options and judgements to others, and confidently respond to any queries or challenges.
- Ability to use and analyse data to interpret information and identify trends.
- Experience of using databases to input and interrogate data.

**Welsh Language Skills**
