**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups with professionalism
- Inspect damaged vehicles to provide accurate repair estimates
- Prepare and present repair quotes to customers, explaining the costs and necessary work
- Liaise with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure smooth processing
- Coordinate with technicians and parts suppliers to ensure all necessary materials are available.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, estimates, and customer interactions
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry standards
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products to customers.
About you:
- Have excellent communication and written skills
- Be self-motivated and pro-active, maintaining high levels of focus and enthusiasm
- Able to work independently and make decisions, as well as working and communicating effectively as part of a team
- Always working to ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role and a valid drivers’ license is essential
- Experience working in a bodyshop or automotive repair environment, with specific experience in SMART repairs
