eFinancialCareers is seeking a talented Strategic Business Growth Professional to join their UK Sales team. This exciting role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development, with the potential to cover the institutional market across consultants and direct.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales and relationship management skills, with a technical and consultative approach. They will work closely with the Head of Business Development to develop and implement the UK institutional sales strategy.

This role is perfect for someone looking to gain additional responsibility and segment ownership. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing eFinancialCareers' UK Sales team, building relationships with Family offices, endowments, charities, and GFI's, and developing a high degree of investor servicing and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Previous UK institutional sales experience is essential for this role.
  • A strong network of Family offices, endowments, charities, and GFI's is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills are required to partner with Portfolio Management teams when delivering presentations.
  • Deep product knowledge and technical understanding are necessary to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Proven ability to deliver a high degree of investor servicing and business development is critical for success in this role.

The salary for this position is around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
