The Role

As Regional Marketing Manager for Europe, you will be responsible for driving our Brand, Portfolio, and Activation agenda within the region. This involves working collaboratively with Cluster Heads of Consumer Marketing, EVP Category, and other EU Region functions to ensure performance management and alignment.



Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive brand and consumer engagement across Europe.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for regional and cluster brand and activation agendas.
  • Identify and drive best practices to be shared across EVP EU markets.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • 8+ years of experience in brand and activation management roles in a global FMCG organization.
  • Senior leadership experience in cluster or markets.
  • Experience in launching new and innovative products in markets.
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills in a complex matrix organization.
  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high-quality deliverables.
