  • Work closely with the Regional Managing Director and Heads of Offices to assess clients' product requirements and provide insight into market trends">
  • Support the manufacture of product solutions and balance these needs with internal revenue and return benchmarks">
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our banking and credit proposition">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with loans and deposits, with a strong understanding of the Bank's suite of banking products">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders">
  • A proven track record of collaboration, both in person and remotely, and the ability to tailor your approach to your audience">
  • CeMAP or a willingness to complete the qualification">
