Apprentice Information Communications Technician

As an IT Support Apprentice, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to our operations network, including resolving hardware, software, server, and infrastructure issues.
- Working closely with our experienced IT team members to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as networking principles, Windows operating fundamentals, and AWS cloud modern workplace administration.
- Participating in online virtual training sessions and internal training courses to further enhance your skills.
The successful candidate will be required to hold a minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade 4-9 (A-C) or above, including Maths and English. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work a range of shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, plus benefits. If you are a motivated and ambitious individual who is passionate about technology and learning, we would love to hear from you.
