Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Catering Equipment Technician to join our team at Just IT Recruitment.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of commercial catering equipment, including combination ovens, fryers, grills and griddles, cooking ranges, dishwashers, microwave ovens, etc.

As a Commercial Catering Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining and repairing commercial catering equipment. This will include conducting servicing in line with manufacturers' specifications and/or legislation, fault finding and repairs, and testing and quality assurance checks.

You will also be required to decommission and remove redundant catering equipment, plan work schedules and logistics, interpret specifications and technical information, and provide information and guidance to end-users on the correct operation and maintenance of commercial catering equipment.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
