  • Assist the Facilities Team in daily operations, including conducting inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
  • Coordinating and supervising maintenance and repair activities, ensuring health and safety protocols are implemented and upheld.
  • Learn the principles of people and team management, developing your skills in budget management for facilities operations.
  • Manage service contracts and liaise with external providers, monitoring contractor performance to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Drive process improvements, rotating through departments, including time with the Senior Account Manager, Helpdesk, Compliance, and Technical teams.
