Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Professional to join our client's team. As a specialist in HVAC maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and operational.

Job Summary

In this diverse role, you will work on a variety of tasks, including routine PPM, Reactive and Emergency tasks, diagnosing and repairing faults, and completing all relevant documentation accurately and timely.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine PPM, Reactive and Emergency tasks to ensure facilities are well-maintained
  2. Detect and repair faults on HVAC systems and appliances to minimize downtime
  3. Meet contractual obligations by undertaking all facets of maintenance and installation requirements
Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a Refrigeration or Air Conditioning specific Level 2/3 Qualification, experience working as an Air Con Engineer, and experience of maintenance, testing and fault finding on a variety of equipment, including HVAC systems. A full UK Driving Licence is also required.

About the Package

We offer a comprehensive package, including a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for career development and growth.
