Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks, ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine maintenance tasks within our void properties.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting company regulations and health and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or trade.
- Possession of relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ).
- Ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and operate power tools safely.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
- A competitive annual salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
