Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to join our Commercial team in Teesside. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering the sales strategy in line with the objectives of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the organisation's objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  3. Identify and develop new business opportunities through the use of industry knowledge, relationships, and lead sourcing.
  4. Take ownership of customer relationships and ensure timely processing of sales.
  5. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading national field-based/remote sales teams.
  • Extensive LCV Fleet Sales experience.
  • Proven ability to lead from the front and by example.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and generic CRM management software.
