Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to join our Commercial team in Teesside. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering the sales strategy in line with the objectives of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the organisation's objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through the use of industry knowledge, relationships, and lead sourcing.
- Take ownership of customer relationships and ensure timely processing of sales.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading national field-based/remote sales teams.
- Extensive LCV Fleet Sales experience.
- Proven ability to lead from the front and by example.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and generic CRM management software.
