Wayman Learning Trust is looking for a Complex Needs Support Specialist to support students with complex needs in Merton, London.

The successful candidate will provide academic and emotional support to students with complex needs, assist with personal care and mobility, and work with the SENCO and teaching staff to adapt lessons and materials.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students with complex physical and sensory needs, knowledge of personal care and mobility assistance, and a DBS check.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £37,000 per annum, opportunities for training, and a supportive work environment.
