About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Charge Nurse on our Southgate ward. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of individualized and responsive care planning, risk assessment, and discharge facilitation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members

Requirements
  • RMN qualification
  • Leadership/management training
  • At least 2 years post-basic experience, 1 year at Senior Staff Nurse
  • Management/leadership of junior staff
