Early Years Practitioner

Bright Horizons Bury St Edmunds Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team.
We are an Ofsted-rated 'Good' nursery, offering a nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Our spacious facilities include light and airy rooms with access to a large multi-surfaced garden.

Your Responsibilities- Plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child's development
- Build strong partnerships with parents/carers
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment
- Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with both colleagues and parents
- Strong communication skills with both children and adults
- Comprehensive knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and relevant legislative requirements for working with children
