We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of Clinical Practice Facilitator within our Recruitment, Retention, Education and Wellbeing Team at North Bristol NHS Trust. The Clinical Practice Facilitator plays a vital role in promoting high-quality patient care and safety through direct supervision, training, and preceptorship support for healthcare practitioners.

This position involves working closely with registered nurses and practitioners undergoing preceptorship and/or rotation programmes. The Clinical Practice Facilitator will provide guidance and support to preceptors who need help managing individuals struggling to meet expected standards of practice. A key requirement of this role is possessing excellent facilitation, teaching, and assessing skills, as well as the ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively.

The salary range for this position is £43,041-£50,819 per annum, based on experience. To be considered for this position, applicants must hold a current registration as a Registered Nurse and possess a University validated teaching and assessing qualification or equivalent. Post-registration specialisation and a minimum of five years' experience are desirable but not essential.
