Job Title: Domiciliary Care Team Lead
At Prestige Nursing & Care, we are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering domiciliary care services that meet and exceed legislative standards.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake domiciliary care risk assessments on new clients/service users
- Maintain a quality assurance system based on service user outcomes, with clear standards and indicators
- Supervise care workers on a quarterly basis and keep written records
- Assist with a care assistants' development and training programme
- Participate in an on-call roster to maintain service cover
Key Skills:
- Experience supervising in a healthcare setting
- Excellent assessment skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
