We're looking for a dynamic and independent care sector professional with solid experience in supervising others within a Health Care setting. If you have excellent assessment skills, are articulate and able to put across ideas succinctly, and hold a valid UK driving licence, we'd love to hear from you.
Your key responsibilities will include undertaking domiciliary care risk and manual handling assessments on new clients/service users, maintaining an effective system for quality assurance management, and participating in an on-call roster to provide cover for unplanned absence. You'll also be required to assist with the delivery of a care assistants' development and training programme.
As a Field Care Supervisor at Prestige Nursing, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of £23,100pa, 28 days annual leave (increasing by 1 day each year up to 33 days after 5 years' service), and a range of benefits including Blue Light Card, Cycle to Work scheme, Long Service Awards, Workplace Pension, Employee assistance programme (EAP), and Family Friendly Benefits.
