About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Practice Facilitator to join our team at North Bristol NHS Trust. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care and promote a culture of excellence within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supervision and training to registered nurses and practitioners
  • Support the development of learning environments and competency frameworks
  • Act as a point of escalation for preceptors and provide guidance on managing individuals who require additional support
  • Contribute to the delivery and management of education programs
  • Develop and implement new initiatives to enhance patient care and staff development
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse qualification
  • University-validated teaching and assessing qualification or equivalent
  • Nursing degree
  • Experience of supporting learners in a clinical setting
  • Ability to lead a team and work independently
