Job Description: As a reception manager in our educational institution, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and customer service support. You will oversee the smooth running of our reception area, be the first point of contact for staff, students, and parents/guardians, and create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Your key responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing incoming and outgoing calls and emails, maintaining accurate records and databases, assisting with student attendance records, providing administrative support to the head teacher, overseeing the reception area, handling inquiries, and collaborating with the team.

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience working in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within an educational setting, proficiency in using SIMS or similar software, excellent communication skills, strong organisational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a friendly and approachable personality with exceptional customer service skills. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12-£15 per hour and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and vibrant educational institution.
