Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Receptionist Manager to join our team at Office Angels. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide exceptional administrative support and create a positive experience for everyone who interacts with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the head teacher, including scheduling appointments and preparing documents
  • Manage all incoming/outgoing calls and emails, directing them to the relevant staff members
  • Maintain accurate records and databases using SIMS or similar software
  • Assist with student attendance records, submitting reports promptly
  • Keep the reception area tidy and well-presented at all times
  • Handle inquiries or complaints, resolving them efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within an educational setting
  • Proficiency in using SIMS or similar software to manage student and staff data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • A friendly and approachable personality with excellent customer service skills

This is a temporary part-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of £12-15 per hour.
