About the Role

£40 - £45K basic with OTE of £80K

CRS is a leading fintech broker, offering a whole of market solution for business customers to assess their financial lending options. With over 10 years of experience in the market, we have established a strong lender panel, including Tier 1 Banks, Alternative Lenders, and Fintechs, alongside an extensive introducer base of deals, including aggregating platforms, master brokers, and individual networks.

We are looking to build out our team with a focus on upskilling existing members and bringing new talent with innovative ideas into the business. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 4-8 Junior Brokers, ensuring consistent performance, KPIs are hit, and the team is productive
  • Develop and teach the team new skills, such as sales methodology, deal closing techniques, and knowledge on commercial lending
  • Roll out strategic sales plans set by the MD to ensure consistency, productivity, and good service for customers
  • Act as the escalation point where needed, such as challenging cases, complex lending, or unique leads
  • Ensure 100% uptake on warm leads with the highest conversion rate possible
  • Cultivate a creative mindset to motivate and keep team morale high
  • Recruit and train new team members
  • Educate team members on lending appetites, credit analysis, and how to manage deal flow into lenders
Essential Skills and Competencies
  • Prior commercial brokering experience
  • Previous success in managing or mentoring a team of brokers
  • Proactive and driven mindset, keen to add to business growth
