Job Title: Senior Procurement Systems Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic procurement systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain procurement systems to capture and report on procurement performance information.
  • Design and implement dashboards to track procurement performance and compliance.
  • Develop system controls to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Improve the functionality of the e-tendering system to support strategic procurement.
  • Enhance Oracle Fusion system functionality to improve the purchase-to-pay process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement systems and strategic procurement.
  • Knowledge of change management and project management principles.
  • Public sector procurement experience is required.
