Senior Procurement Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Systems Specialist to join our team at Morgan Law. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic procurement systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain procurement systems to capture and report on procurement performance information.
  • Design and implement dashboards to track procurement performance and compliance across multiple directorates.
  • Develop system controls to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Improve the functionality of our e-tendering system to support strategic procurement processes.
  • Enhance Oracle Fusion system functionality to improve the purchase-to-pay process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in P2P and strategic procurement systems functionality.
  • Working knowledge of change management and project management in system development and implementation.
  • Public sector procurement experience is required.
