Supporting Pupils in a Dynamic School Environment

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a KS2 Teaching Assistant at a vibrant primary school in Barnet.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to provide high-quality support to students from Year 6, helping them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
- Providing individualized support to students, promoting academic achievement and personal growth.
- Supporting students with diverse learning needs, including those with special educational requirements.
- Serving as a positive role model, demonstrating exceptional behavior and social conduct.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a KS2 Teaching Assistant is essential, showcasing their ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, enabling them to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Superior communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with staff and students.
- Flexibility to adjust to the evolving needs of the school community.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools) is highly desirable.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
