To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Experience working in an EYFS or Primary setting
  • A strong understanding of SEND principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to use your initiative and work independently when needed
  • Patient, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about working with children with special needs
  • Familiarity with relevant safeguarding policies and procedures
