Supporting Pupils with SEND in a Secondary School

We are recruiting an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join our team at a secondary school in Barnet.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to support children with SEND.
- Comfortable working with pupils who have ASD, ADHD, and PMLD
- Ability to engage and support pupils' learning
- Supporting pupils with emotional regulation
- Developing therapeutic relationships with pupils
- To understand therapy goals and aims
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience working with pupils with SEND
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, as well as benefits such as free training and resources.
