We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor with a degree-level qualification or equivalent experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, organisational skills, and the ability to relate to young people in a firm but friendly and calm manner.
Responsibilities and Tasks:- Support pupils with their learning, focusing on behaviour, class punctuality, and attendance
- Manage and maintain positive student behaviour
- Perform administrative tasks as required
- Assist in the management of the school Reflection Room
The Behaviour Mentor will receive an estimated salary of £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including excellent in-school training schemes, comprehensive induction and training, great rates of pay, and a friendly working environment.
