Job Title: SEND Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic SEND Learning Facilitator to join our team at a renowned Primary SEND school in Barnet.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support to pupils with MLD, ASD, ADHD, and speech and language needs, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop effective strategies for supporting pupils with SEND.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with children who have complex needs, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and EAL, and have a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND needs
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for supporting pupils with complex needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to deliver positive outcomes

Salary: £28-32 per hour
