About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Facilitator to join our team and support a child with SEN and SEMH needs in a mixed ability Year 1 class. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills and experience in a dynamic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a child with SEN and SEMH needs in a mixed ability Year 1 class.
- Apply emotional coaching strategies to regulate the child's emotions and promote academic progress.
- Create engaging learning resources and contribute to lesson setup and tidying.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Year 1 SEN Teaching Assistant or similar is highly valued.
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification is desired, but not essential.
- This position requires an Enhanced DBS Disclosure and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
