**Job Summary:** Learning and Development Coach
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Coach. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs.
About the Position:
You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored education plans for students with SEN. Your responsibilities will include supervising pupils' behavior, encouraging their learning and development, and assisting teachers with lesson planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
- Supervise pupils' behavior, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- Assist teachers in preparing lessons and planning activities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need experience supporting children with SEN. A valid DBS check is also required, registered with the online update service or willingness to obtain one.
Salary:** Approximately £27,500 per annum, based on location and experience.
