About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Inclusion Team as a Teaching Assistant. This is a fixed-term contract for one academic year, with 30 hours per week term-time only. The successful candidate will be supporting children with Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs) in EYFS and Year 1 to access their learning and work towards targets set to promote pupil progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of pupils with EHCPs
  • To support teachers in planning and delivering lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
  • To maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide regular updates to teachers and senior leaders

Salary and Benefits:
