Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly timesheets for employees within the Engineering department.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of weekly timesheets, completing any missing data.
  • Update the management system with up-to-date information on all live projects.
  • Oversee the team's daily diary and activities.
  • Assist in preparing application invoices.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure holiday periods are covered.
  • Support appraisals of employees as needed.
  • Monitor employees' workloads and collaborate with Project Managers.
  • Identify project risks and maintain project profitability.

About the Role:

Inizio is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our client at their Head Office in Huthwaite, Sutton-In-Ashfield. The successful candidate will plan and manage the delivery of planned maintenance works, working closely with the Framework Manager to coordinate this effort.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Senior Administrative capacity and some exposure to working within an Engineering Team and Finance reporting.
