Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager - Renewable Energy Solutions, you will be accountable for selling our entire solutions portfolio to key strategic customers across targeted industry sectors within the UK. Your primary goal is to grow and manage pipelines and opportunities, providing regular updates to management on the accuracy of pipeline and actions to achieve closure.
Account Plan Development:
Develop and maintain account plans to maximise sales opportunities and ensure a consistent approach across sales channels. Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product Management, and Design to develop solutions effectiveness and increase opportunities within specific markets.
Technical Knowledge:
Proactively build credibility by continually developing technical, industry, segment, and market knowledge. Drive the project development process end-to-end, seeking/directing expertise from internal stakeholders as required to ensure business targets and investment parameters are met.
Project Team Leadership:
Lead and co-ordinate a virtual project team including representatives from the wider Solutions team and interfacing with colleagues in EIS Commercial, Finance, and Legal to put together complex investments. Ownership of the design, development, analysis, and interpretation of the project investment case and financials.
