We’re looking for Logistics Co-ordinator/Planner based in Sutton. This role is 12-month fixed term contract.

What you’ll do:
- Managing all hire co-ordination task for transport, ensuring customer requirements are fulfilled.- Record all transport movements.- Liaise with multiple internal departments including Drivers, Engineers, Fleet, Service planning, Fuel, Customs, Sales and Customer Centre teams.- Quality and timely communication with others to ensure they are kept informed of delivery / collection times.- Ensuring hand over information is provided to other team members.- Collaborating with drivers on best routes and transport plans to achieve efficiency and a high level of customer satisfaction.- Ordering emergency vehicles to deliver and collect hires as they happen.- Participating in frequent Teams calls for emergency hires, large projects etc.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- You will have strong experience in an administrative role.- Excellent communication skills.- Able to work in a fast-paced and ever changing environment.- Able to develop and manage stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across wider teams.- Knowledge of logistics would be beneficial but is not essential.- Experience using a CRM system.
