**The Role**

This permanent, full time position is responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of the highest levels of client service for the Simplicity Funeral brand. You will oversee the funeral service arrangements for Simplicity Cremation’s clients in their entirety from initial first calls, to tailoring funeral arrangements as well as liaising and coordinating internally with Funeral Operations and Crematoria to ensure the smooth running of service.

- Liaising with Funeral Operations and Crematoria to co-ordinate logistics and funeral service details on behalf of clients
- Supporting clients in arranging coffins, urn, floral tributes, music arrangements and visual media (webcasts, visual tributes and recordings) for funerals
- Engaging with internal and external customers professionally and confidently through different platforms
- Completing statutory cremation paperwork with clients and providing funeral and finance administration support
- Organising client’s music and visual media requirements directly with suppliers and being the main point of contact for all client’s queries and needs
- Reporting to the Simplicity Team Manager Daily/Weekly and Monthly on business processes
- Ensuring all notes, paperwork and client information is up to date, managing your own accounts and workload to ensure SLAs are met
- Monitoring and facilitating the safe and timely delivery of ashes to client’s

***Must haves we’re looking for in experience for this role**
- Experience working within Customer Service / Administrative positions
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to adapt your approach to meet client needs (sensitivity, patience etc)
- Any experience in leadership or management would be highly advantageous
- Good Standard of Maths and English
