Office Operations Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join HM Courts & Tribunals Service as an Office Operations Coordinator. As a key member of the admin team, you will be responsible for processing civil and county work, and data input.
Responsibilities:
- Support the admin team with case creation, orders, and court clerking.
- Process Court orders, liaise with parties within the court.
- Scanning documents and transferring files.
- Liaising with members of the judiciary.
Skills Required:
- Good Excel skills.
- Ability to communicate efficiently via telephone, email, etc.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
Benefits:
- Pension scheme.
- Holiday pay.
Working Hours:
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
Salary:
£12.09 per hour, increasing to £13.98 after 12 weeks.
