We are looking for an exceptional Administrative Director - Commercial to lead our commercial operations in Wellingborough. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for managing documentation, client communications, and financial tracking, while also providing strategic guidance and leadership to the commercial team.

This full-time role comes with a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including contributory pension, BUPA, life assurance, 25 days holiday (increasing with length of service), a holiday purchase scheme, gym subsidy, and membership in our social club. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the commercial team and providing strategic guidance and leadership
  • Managing fleet-related transactions, including rehire agreements
  • Supporting initiatives related to rehire and fleet transactions, ensuring compliance with UK policies and standards
  • Setting individual and team objectives for the four depots and Product Managers, as assigned, ensuring performance against those objectives
  • Understanding and interpreting the strategic direction of our Business Unit and aligning operational delivery to strategic intent within the depot teams
  • Embedding a culture of compliance to all UK policies, targets, standards, and strategy in relation to safety, health, wellbeing, and sustainability
  • Embedding new engagements and partnership approaches across industry, professional bodies, and trade associations as part of our future outlook
  • Accountable for the timely and accurate administration of Site Direct documents
  • Tracking financial performance and supporting the commercial team's objectives
