About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team on Ward A11, a 27-bedded mixed Cardiology Ward. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and supporting our patients to achieve a rapid recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with patient care activities under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Contribute to the safety and cleanliness of the ward area.
  • Communicate effectively with the multi-disciplinary team and patients.
  • Carry out routine administrative and IT tasks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current or previous experience in health or social care.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
