Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to our service users. As a Healthcare Assistant - Complex Care Specialist, you will work closely with our Registered Nurses to deliver tailored care plans and support service users with varying needs and requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to service users with complex clinical needs
  • Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Support service users with personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration
  • Assist with clinical interventions such as Tracheostomy Care, Ventilation Management, and PEG Care
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to service users

Requirements

  • At least 3 months care experience
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of service users
  • Passion for delivering exceptional care and support
