About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to expand their skills and knowledge in complex care. You will work closely with our service user and their family to provide a supportive environment that enables them to live independently in their own home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with daily activities
  • Assist with clinical care requirements, including medication administration
  • Support the service user with their hobbies and interests
  • Prioritize their safety and overall wellbeing
Requirements
  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Personal care and moving and handling skills
  • Medication administration training
Working Hours

We have full-time day shifts available, with a mix of early, mid-day, and late afternoon shifts. Alternate weekends are required for this position.

Pay Rates

Weekdays: £13.50 per hour (approx. £135.00 based on a 10-hour shift)

Saturday: £14.50 per hour (approx. £159.50 per 11-hour shift)

Sunday: £15.00 per hour (approx. £165.00 per 11-hour shift)

Bank Holiday: £17.50 per hour (approx. £192.50 per 11-hour shift)
