About the Role

The College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department. This role involves overseeing the management of cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the College.

As a successful candidate, you will have experience in managing a housekeeping team and be able to motivate and develop them to achieve excellent results. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain strong relationships with staff and students.

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • £42,500 - £47,500 per annum, depending on experience
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service up to an additional 5 days
